Season Bookings For 2020 – OPEN NOW!

The Kunapipi board members have been hard at work getting the greatest club in Perisher ready to start taking bookings from Saturday 27th of June and as such bookings are now open. However to allow us to comply to NSW Health and State regulations we have published a COVIDSafe risk management plan which can be found here. If choosing to book accommodation all members must be aware of the following;
  1. Perisher is limiting lift ticket sales and they must be pre-booked. Therefore it is important that you secure your tickets and take this into consideration, when choosing accommodation dates. See the Perisher guidelines for operation here
  2. We have capped the Lodge capacity to 10 persons (excluding  under 5’s), however if a large family group/household wants to book this could exceeded slightly.  This will be at the discretion of the booking manager and the board.
  3. Within the lodge we have posted signage and directions to comply with social distancing requirements these must be followed.
  4. We have new cleaning guidelines and directions these must be followed.
  5. We have installed hand sanitiser stations to allow occupants to follow good hygiene practices.
  6. All adult member occupants of the lodge will be required to sign a waiver of liability. This can be downloaded by clicking here. You will receive a copy of the waiver in the confirmation email, and also it is on the 2020 booking form your booking will not be accepted unless signed and returned.
  7. Hans has limited there capacity and services on-snow. See their website here  for details.
  8. The Kunapipi accommodation cancellation policy has not changed however in the event of a COVID19 related event where the club is required to close, refunds of the accommodation costs only will be made available.
  9. All Bookings must be made using the Kunapipi 2020 Booking form found here and returned via email only to  bookingmanager@kunapipi.com.au

We have worked closely with information provided by SLOPES, NSW Health and state government resources to assist visitors to the lodge to be safe, however it is the personal responsibility of all to protect themselves and the people around them.

Yours Faithfully,

The board of Kunapipi
